• Mortuary on the battlefield
• Bolas's Citadel on the battlefield
• You have at least 2 life

Steps

1. Activate Children of Korlis sacrificing it to gain life equal to the amount of life you've lost this turn
2. Mortuary triggers, putting Children of Korlis from your graveyard on top of your library
3. Cast Children of Korlis using Bolas's Citadel
4. Repeat
