• Floral Evoker on the battlefield
• Veilborn Ghoul in hand
• Squandered Resources on the battlefield
• Festering Thicket on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Squandered Resources by sacrificing Festering Thicket, adding
2. Activate Floral Evoker by paying and discarding Veilborn Ghoul, returning Festering Thicket from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. When Festering Thicket enters, Floral Evoker and Veilborn Ghoul trigger
4. Resolve the Floral Evoker trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Resolve the Veilborn Ghoul trigger, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat
