• Floral Evoker on the battlefield
• Veilborn Ghoul in hand
• Squandered Resources on the battlefield
• Ziatora's Proving Ground on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Squandered Resources by sacrificing Ziatora's Proving Ground, adding
2. Activate Floral Evoker by paying and discarding Veilborn Ghoul, returning Ziatora's Proving Ground from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
3. When Ziatora's Proving Ground enters, Floral Evoker and Veilborn Ghoul trigger
4. Resolve the Floral Evoker trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it
5. Resolve the Veilborn Ghoul trigger, returning it from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat
