• Deranged Hermit in hand
• Temur Sabertooth on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Deranged Hermit by paying
2. When Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating eight 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven Squirrels, adding
4. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying , returning Deranged Hermit to your hand from the battlefield
5. Repeat
