Prerequisites

• Volo, Guide to Monsters on the battlefield
• Temur Sabertooth on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Deranged Hermit in hand
• You do not control an Elf or have an Elf card in your graveyard

Steps

1. Cast Deranged Hermit by paying
2. Volo triggers, copying the Deranged Hermit spell
3. Resolve the copy of the Deranged Hermit spell
4. When the token Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
5. Resolve the original Deranged Hermit spell
6. When the nontoken Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
7. Activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing the Deranged Hermit token and six Squirrels, adding
8. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying , returning Deranged Hermit to your hand from the battlefield
9. Repeat
