Steps

1. Cast Realm-Scorcher Hellkite by paying and sacrificing another artifact, enchantment or token
2. When Realm-Scorcher Hellkite enters the battlefield, it and Lathliss trigger twice
3. Resolve both Realm-Scorcher Hellkite triggers, adding
4. Resolve both Lathliss triggers, creating two 5/5 Dragon creature tokens
5. Activate Temur Sabertooth by paying , returning Realm-Scorcher Hellkite to your hand from the battlefield
6. Repeat
