• Dress Down on the battlefield
• Phyrexian Altar on the battlefield
• Baithook Angler // Hook-Haunt Drifter in the graveyard
• Cloud Key on the battlefield
• "Creature" chosen with Cloud Key

Steps

1. Cast Baithook Angler from your graveyard for its disturb cost by paying , causing it to enter the battlefield transformed as Hook-Haunt Drifter
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Hook-Haunt Drifter, adding
3. Because Dress Down causes Hook-Haunt Drifter to lose all abilities, it is not exiled when it is sacrificed, and is returned to your graveyard as Baithook Angler
4. Repeat
