Steps

1. Whenever an opponent casts their first spell each turn, Erayo's Essence triggers, countering that spell
2. Because Archon of Emeria prevents players from casting more than one spell each turn, opponents cannot cast any more spells this turn

• Counter the first spell opponents cast each turn
• Players can only cast one spell per turn
