• Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink on the battlefield
• Epic Struggle on the battlefield
• Myr Battlesphere on the battlefield
• Orthion does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Orthion's second ability by paying and tapping it, creating five token copies of Myr Battlesphere
2. When the Myr Battlesphere tokens enter the battlefield, they trigger, creating twenty 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens
3. At the beginning of your end step, Orthion triggers, causing you to sacrfiice the Myr Battlesphere tokens
4. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Epic Struggle triggers, causing you to win the game
