Steps

1. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. Cast Viashino Sandscout by paying
3. Cast Lore Drakkis for its mutate cost by paying , putting it under Viashino Sandscout
4. Lore Drakkis triggers, returning Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to your hand
5. At the beginning of your end step, Viashino Sandscout triggers, returning itself and Lore Drakkis from the battlefield to your hand
6. Repeat each turn
