Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost
2. Kykar triggers, exiling Damage Control Crew
3. Resolve Capture of Jingzhou, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
4. At the beginning of your end step, Kykar triggers, returning Damage Control Crew from exile to the battlefield
5. When Damage Control Crew enters, it triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat each turn
