Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost
2. Kykar triggers, exiling Timeless Witness
3. Resolve Capture of Jingzhou, causing you to take an extra turn after this one
4. At the beginning of your end step, Kykar triggers, returning Timeless Witness from exile to the battlefield
5. When Timeless Witness enters, it triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand
6. Repeat each turn
