Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying , causing you to take an extra turn after this one
2. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Progenitor Mimic triggers, creating a token copy of Pinnacle Monk
3. When the token Pinnacle Monk enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand
4. Repeat
