• Reclaim in exile
• Capture of Jingzhou in hand

Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying , taking an extra turn after this one
2. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying , casting a copy of Reclaim without paying its mana cost
3. Resolve the Reclaim, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your top of your library
4. Move to your next turn
5. Repeat
