Steps

1. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying , tapping Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus
2. Stormsplitter triggers, creating a token copy of itself
3. Searing Touch resolves, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning itself to your hand
4. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying and tapping the token copy of Stormsplitter
5. Both Stormsplitters trigger, creating two token copies of Stormsplitter
6. Searing Touch resolves, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning itself to your hand
7. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter
8. All four copies of Stormsplitter trigger, creating four token copies of Stormsplitter
9. Searing Touch resolves, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning itself to your hand
10. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying and tapping four token copies of Stormsplitter
11. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter
12. Searing Touch resolves, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning itself to your hand
13. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by tapping five token copies of Stormsplitter
14. Repeat from step 11
