• Extus, Oriq Overlord // Awaken the Blood Avatar on the battlefield
• Mana Geyser in hand
• Altar of Dementia on the battlefield
• Revolutionist on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Mana Geyser by paying
2. Extus triggers, returning Revolutionist from your graveyard to your hand
3. Resolve Mana Geyser, adding for each tapped land your opponents control
4. Cast Revolutionist by paying its mana cost
5. When Revolutionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Mana Geyser from your graveyard to your hand
6. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Revolutionist
7. Repeat
