Steps

1. Activate Mairsil using Mirror-Mad Phantasm's ability by paying , putting your entire library into your graveyard
2. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two cards and you to draw a card
3. Jace triggers, winning you the game
