• Wolfwillow Haven in hand
• Living Plane on the battlefield

Steps

1. Play the land that taps for multiple mana
2. That land enters as a creature due to Living Plane, triggering Vigean Graftmage's Graft ability, allowing you to move a +1/+1 counter from Vigean Graftmage to that land
3. Cast Wolfwillow Haven by paying , attaching it to the land creature
4. Activate that land by tapping it, adding at least two mana
5. Wolfwillow Haven triggers, adding at least one additional mana
6. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying , untapping the land creature
7. Repeat
