• Ridgescale Tusker on the battlefield
• Crystalline Crawler on the battlefield
• Cryptic Trilobite on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Ridgescale Tusker
2. Ridgescale Tusker enters the battlefield, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control
3. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding
4. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding that can only be spent to activate abilities
5. Repeat

Results

• Infinite +1/+1 counters on all creatures you control except Ridgescale Tusker, Crystalline Crawler and Cryptic Trilobite
• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
