Prerequisites

• Fain, the Broker on the battlefield
• Thornbite Staff on the battlefield
• Crystalline Crawler on the battlefield
• Tenacious Dead on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Fain's first ability by tapping it and sacrificing Tenacious Dead
2. Tenacious Dead dies, triggering itself and Fain
3. Resolve the Fain trigger, untapping it
4. Resolve the Tenacious Dead trigger, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped
5. Resolve the Fain ability from step 1, putting two +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler
6. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability twice by removing two counters from it, adding
7. Repeat
