Steps

1. Cast Electroduplicate by paying , creating a token copy of Village Bell-Ringer with haste
2. When the Village Bell-Ringer token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping all creatures
3. Activate Ghired by tapping it, creating a copy of the Village Bell-Ringer token
4. Repeat from step 2
