Prerequisites

• Village Bell-Ringer on the battlefield
• Splinter Twin on the battlefield
• Splinter Twin attached to Village Bell-Ringer
• Village Bell-Ringer does not have summoning sickness

Steps

1. Activate Village Bell-Ringer by tapping it, creating a token copy of itself with haste
2. The Village Bell-Ringer token enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures
3. Repeat
