Steps

1. Activate all mana-producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least
2. Activate Emiel by paying , blinking Village Bell-Ringer
3. Village Bell-Ringer enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control
4. Repeat

• Infinite ETB
• Infinite LTB
• Infinite mana creatures you control can produce
