Steps

1. Activate Jaxis by paying , tapping it and discarding a card, creating a token copy of Village Bell-Ringer with haste
2. The Village Bell-Ringer token enters the battlefield, untapping all creatures you control
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Village Bell-Ringer token, adding
