• Azor, the Lawbringer on the battlefield
• Soulherder on the battlefield

Steps

1. At the beginning of your end step, Soulherder's second ability triggers, blinking Azor
2. Soulherder's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
3. Azor enters the battlefield, preventing opponents from casting instants or sorceries during their next turn
4. Repeat during each of your turns

Results

• Opponents cannot cast instant spells during their turns
• Opponents cannot cast sorcery spells
