Steps

1. Activate Urza by paying , creating a token copy of Su-Chi Cave Guard that is a 1/1 Soldier in addition to its other types
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Su-Chi Cave Guard
3. Su-Chi Cave Guard dies, adding eight
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Su-Chi Cave Guard's power
5. Repeat
