Steps

1. Cast Thief of Blood by paying
2. When Thief of Blood enters the battlefield, it triggers, removing all counters from all permanents and putting a +1/+1 counter on it for each counter removed this way
3. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Celestial Convergence triggers, causing you to win the game
