• Eligeth, Crossroads Augur on the battlefield
• Mystic Speculation in hand
• Sorcerer Class on the battlefield
• Sorcerer Class is level three

Steps

1. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying
2. Sorcerer Class triggers, causing Mystic Speculation to deal damage to each opponent equal to the number of instants and sorceries you've cast this turn
3. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to draw three cards due to Eligeth and return Mystic Speculation to your hand
4. The Locust God triggers three times, creating three 1/1 Insect creature tokens with flying and haste
5. Activate the three Insects by tapping them, adding that can only be spent to cast an instant or sorcery spell or to gain a Class level
6. Repeat
