Steps

1. Cast Grave Sifter for its evoke cost by paying
2. When Grave Sifter enters, its first ability and evoke abilities trigger
3. Resolve the first trigger, optionally returning a card from your graveyard to your hand
4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Grave Sifter, adding
5. When Grave Sifter dies, Ashling triggers, creating a token copy of Grave Sifter with haste
6. When the Grave Sifter token enters, it triggers, returning Grave Sifter from your graveyard to your hand
7. Resolve the remaining Grave Sifter ability from step 2, doing nothing
8. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Grave Sifter token, adding
9. Repeat

• Each opponent returns all creature cards from their graveyard to their hand
