Steps

Cast Jyoti from the command zone by paying eight (if able) due to Nissa, or by paying otherwise, plus its commander tax
When Jyoti enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Forest Dryad creature token for each time you've cast Jyoti from the command zone this game
When the Forest Dryads enter, Nissa triggers that many times, causing you to get for each Forest Dryad
Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Jyoti, adding
