Steps

1. Declare The Belligerent as an attacker
2. The Belligerent triggers, creating a Treasure token and allowing you to cast spells and play lands from the top of your library until end of turn
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying
5. Alela triggers, creating a 1/1 Faerie creature token
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Faerie, adding
7. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library
8. Repeat from step 4
