• Nim Deathmantle on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Fearsome Goblin Pair on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Fearsome Goblin Pair, adding
2. When Fearsome Goblin Pair dies, it and Nim Deathmantle trigger, Resolve the Fearsome Goblin Pair trigger, creating a 0/0 Goblin Army creature token and putting four +1/+1 counters on it Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Goblin Army, adding
3. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay to return Fearsome Goblin Pair from your graveyard to the battlefield and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
4. Repeat
