Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Scampering Scorcher, adding
2. Scampering Scorcher dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay to return Scampering Scorcher from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
3. Scampering Scorcher enters the battlefield, creating two 1/1 Elemental creature tokens and giving Elementals you control haste until end of turn
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing an Elemental token, adding
5. Repeat
