Prerequisites

• Leonardo, Sewer Samurai on the battlefield
• Tatterkite in the graveyard
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Glaring Fleshraker on the battlefield

Steps

1. Cast Tatterkite from your graveyard by paying
2. It won't enter with a finality counter on it due to its static ability
3. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token
4. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing Tatterkite and the Eldrazi Spawn, adding Repeat
