• Mite Overseer on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Haliya, Guided by Light on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying , creating a 1/1 Thopter and a 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature token
2. When the Phyrexian Mite and Thopter enter the battlefield, Haliya triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Phyrexian Mite and Thopter, adding
4. Repeat
