• Emmara, Soul of the Accord on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Cryptolith Rite on the battlefield
• Emiel the Blessed on the battlefield
• Thousand-Year Elixir on the battlefield

Steps

1. Use Cryptolith Rite to tap Emmara, Soul of the Accord for
2. Emmara, Soul of the Accord triggers creating a token creature
3. Use Cryptolith Rite to tap the token creature for
4. Sacrifice the token creature to Ashnod's Altar floating
5. Activate Emiel the blessed to exile Emmara, Soul of the Accord then return her to the battlefield untapped
6. Repeat
