Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Cathodion, adding
2. When Cathodion dies, it triggers, adding
3. Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying , blinking Edgar
4. Cast Cathodion from your graveyard by paying
5. Glaring Fleshraker's first ability triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token
6. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
7. Resolve Cathodion
8. When it enters, Glaring Fleshraker's second ability triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent
9. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing Cathodion and the Eldrazi Spawn, adding
10. Repeat from step 2
