Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Drizzt, adding
2. Nim Deathmantle triggers
3. Pay for the Nim Deathmantle trigger, returning Drizzt to the battlefield and attaching Nim Deathmantle to it
4. Drizzt triggers, creating a legendary Cat creature token
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding
6. Drizzt triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself
7. Repeat
