Steps

1. Cast Changeling Hero by paying
2. Changeling Hero enters the battlefield, championing Karmic Guide
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Changeling Hero, adding
4. Changeling Hero dies, causing Karmic Guide to return to the battlefield from exile
5. Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, returning Changeling Hero from your graveyard to the battlefield
6. Repeat from step 2
