Prerequisites

• Wretched Throng on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Animar, Soul of Elements on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Wretched Throng, adding
2. When Wretched Throng dies, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
3. Holding priority, activate Paradox Shaper // Omit Variables by paying , putting Wretched Throng from your graveyard onto the bottom of your library
4. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
5. Resolve the Wretched Throng trigger, putting Wretched Throng from your library into your hand
6. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
7. Cast Wretched Throng by paying due to Animar
8. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it Repeat
