Prerequisites

• Anafenza, Unyielding Lineage on the battlefield
• Nether Traitor on the battlefield
• Pitiless Plunderer on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Nether Traitor, adding
2. When Nether Traitor dies, Anafenza and Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a 2/2 Spirit creature token and a Treasure token
3. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Spirit, adding
5. When the Spirit dies, Nether Traitor and Pitiless Plunderer trigger
6. Resolve the Nether Traitor trigger, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield
7. Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token
8. Repeat
