Steps

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
2. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying and sacrificing the Saproling, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a 4/4 Beast creature token
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Beast, adding
5. Repeat
