Steps

1. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Saproling, adding
3. Activate Ghave's second ability by paying and sacrificing a Saproling, putting two +1/+1 counters on a creature you control
4. Repeat any number of times
5. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from a creature you control, creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Saprolings, adding
7. Repeat from step 5 any number of times
8. Activate Ghave's abilities any number of times
