Steps

1. Activate Ruthless Knave's first ability by paying and sacrificing a creature, creating two Treasure tokens and two 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens
2. Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Squirrel, adding
4. Repeat
