• Elenda, the Dusk Rose on the battlefield
• Nim Deathmantle on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding
2. Elenda dies, triggering its second ability and Nim Deathmantle
3. Resolve the Elenda trigger, creating at least one 1/1 Vampire creature token
4. Resolve the Nim Deathmantle trigger, causing you to pay to return Elenda from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it
5. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Vampire token, adding
6. The Vampire dies, triggering Elenda's first ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Elenda
7. Repeat
