Prerequisites

• Ghave, Guru of Spores on the battlefield
• Ashnod's Altar on the battlefield
• Butcher Ghoul on the battlefield
• Blood Artist on the battlefield
• Butcher Ghoul does not have a +1/+1 counter on it

Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Butcher Ghoul, adding
2. Butcher Ghoul's undying ability and Blood Artist trigger
3. Resolve the Butcher Ghoul undying trigger, returning Butcher Ghoul from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it
4. Resolve the Blood Artist trigger, causing a player to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life
5. Activate Ghave's first ability by paying and removing a +1/+1 counter from Butcher Ghoul, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token
6. Repeat
