Steps

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying , creating two 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens
2. When the Phyrexian Mites enter the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Phyrexian Mites, adding
