Steps

1. Activate Slimefoot by paying , creating two 1/1 Saproling creature tokens
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing both Saproling tokens, adding
3. Slimefoot triggers twice, dealing 2 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain two life
4. Repeat
