Steps

1. Activate Slimefoot by paying , creating a 1/1 Saproling and a 1/1 Squirrel creature token
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the Saproling and Squirrel, adding
3. The Saproling dies, triggering Slimefoot, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 1 life
4. Repeat
