Steps

1. Cast Sanitarium Skeleton by paying
2. Reflections of Littjara triggers, creating a token copy of Sanitarium Skeleton
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Sanitarium Skeleton and the Sanitarium Skeleton token, adding
4. The Sanitarium Skeletons die, triggering Pitiless Plunderer twice, creating two Treasure tokens
5. Activate both Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding
6. Activate Sanitarium Skeleton by paying , returning it from your graveyard to your hand
7. Repeat
